The easiest way to get to the city is by taxi (there is no Uber or Lyft in Barcelona), but it's also the most expensive, costing around €30, depending on traffic, plus an added airport surcharge. Avoid anyone who approaches you in the airport offering a ride; there is a dedicated taxi line and officials to direct you to an authorized taxi.

As a cruise agent I would recommend a company called Holiday Taxis as they can offer both a shuttle transfer and minibus transfer from airport to hotel / hotel to port which would be a cheaper option than a limo.
3. Re: Taxi to Parc Guell. The mentioned entrance, which is where the buses stop, only saves you the need to climb the main stairs, where the dragon is, to go up to the balcony. It does not save you the climb to see the rest of the park (this entrance is, more or less, leveled with the balcony).
